Drywall, doors, faucet swaps and caulk by my remodel crew, every fan and electrical fixture by the licensed electrician I bring in: the dozen small jobs that have been on the fridge for a year. Stack three to five items per visit.

Ask, and I'll quote them in writing like everything else.
- Vanities and fixtures: floating or freestanding vanities, quartz tops, faucets, mirrors and lighting, installed as a package
- Tile and flooring: bathroom floors and walls, foyers, kitchens and laundry rooms, large-format porcelain, marble, mosaics and plank, with the waterproofing done right
- Popcorn-ceiling removal: scrape, skim, prime and paint to a smooth or knockdown finish
- Windows and doors: interior door rehang and install, exterior door swaps, weatherstripping, hardware and window-trim repairs

I come look at the actual space and write a fixed price with every line on it. Then my crew and I get to work, same faces every day. We walk the job together at the end, and the one-year guarantee starts.

Do you do more than bathrooms?
Yes: kitchens, handyman lists, tile and flooring, vanities, popcorn ceilings and doors. Bathrooms are what I do most and what I'm best known for, so they come first on the calendar.
Is one quote enough for a whole list?
Yes. Tell me everything you want done and you get one written, itemized quote. Doing it in one job is almost always cheaper than three separate trips.
Who does the plumbing and electrical?
Faucets, toilets and disposals on the existing lines, my crew does. Anything moved or added on the plumbing, and every fan, light, switch and outlet, replacements included, is done by the licensed plumber and electrician I bring in, on my schedule, with me on site.
What don't you do?
Roofing, air conditioning, pool equipment, appliance repair, and I don't sell walk-in tubs or acrylic liners. If it's not on this page, ask anyway; I'll tell you who I'd call.
