Privacy policy.
We use your details to quote and manage your job, share them only with Brad, your crew and licensed trades, FoundOS and our email service, and never sell them.
What we collect
When you fill out the estimate form, call us, text us or email us, we may collect:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your city or neighborhood, and the property address once a visit is booked
- Project details: what's in the bathroom now, what you want, your timing and budget
- Photos you send us of the space
- The page of this site the form was sent from
The details
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account details or card numbers through this website.
How we use it
Only to:
- Respond to your estimate request and answer questions about your project
- Schedule the visit and write your estimate
- Communicate with you during the job
- Follow up after the job to make sure everything is right
The details
We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you ask for them.
Where it goes
Estimate requests go to Brad's email and into the customer system we use to track quotes and jobs (FoundOS, run by our agency, FoundRank).
Only Brad and the crew members working on your job see them. When a licensed plumber or electrician works on your project, we share the minimum needed to do that work safely and to code.
The details
We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your personal information with anyone else.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use it, including whether a call, text or form was started.
That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
The details
To do any of those, call or text (954) 242-5924 or email [email protected]. Brad handles privacy questions personally.
