Why I started this
I'm Brad Pleimann, the owner of Repair and Remodel.
I started the company in 2020 because I wanted to do bathrooms the right way: properly waterproofed, honestly priced, finished on time, and built by the same people you shook hands with when you got the quote.
The details
I've spent more than two decades in the trades. Framing, tile, finish carpentry, fixture work. Before that I served in the United States Marine Corps, and today I'm also a pastor and a father of two. That background is why I can run a remodel from demo to walkthrough without handing your house to a rotating cast of subs, and why I say what I mean on the quote.
It's me and two guys I trust
I start every job and I'm on it until it's done, usually with tools in my hands and always with my name on the quote.
My two-man crew has been with me long enough that you'll see the same faces every morning. When a job needs a licensed plumber or electrician, I bring in one I've worked with for years, and I'm still on site while they're there.
The details
We're a small crew based in Plantation. We focus on bathroom remodels, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers across Broward and Palm Beach County. A lot of our customers are longtime South Florida homeowners thinking about safety, accessibility, and staying in the home they love. I take that seriously.
The Done Right Promise
One year on our work.
If something isn't right, I come back and make it right. No runaround, no "that's not in the contract." I tell every customer about it on the first visit, and it's on this page so you can hold me to it.
The details
Most of my work comes from neighbors telling neighbors. That's the whole business. If I do right by you, you tell the next person. That's how I want to keep it.

Neighbors, in their own words.
“We’ve used Brad twice. Once to remodel both of our bathrooms, and a second time to do some general outdoor repairs. His price is extraordinarily fair, quite honestly he should probably raise it a little bit. And his work is even better. On top of that, he’s a very nice fella to work with. I highly, highly recommend you hire him for anything that needs to be done around your house. If I could give six stars, I would. Matt Haas”
Google review“Brad is a great contractor to work with. He pays attention to every detail. He built my house's bathroom that I really like. After finishing work, he cleans up every time. My husband and I love this bathroom so much we designed it together. And it came out like we intended. Would recommend.👍”

No. I hold no state licence and I don't advertise as a licensed trade. I'm a remodeler. I do the tile, waterproofing, carpentry, finish and plumbing-fixture swaps myself with my crew.
Are you insured?
Yes. General liability coverage, and I'll send proof before you sign anything.
Do you really answer the phone?

How long have you been doing this?
More than twenty years in the trades. Repair and Remodel LLC has been a Florida company since 2020.
