One trustworthy crew for the to-do list
We're a bathroom remodeling company first.
Handyman work is how a lot of our long-term clients first met me. The same standards we bring to a full remodel get brought to a doorknob swap: a written quote, a real time, a clean job site, and someone who shows up.
- Drywall patches, full sheet replacement, popcorn-ceiling patches and smooth-outs, repaint
- Interior doors hung and adjusted, pocket doors, locksets, deadbolts, weatherstrip
- Trim, baseboard, crown, closet shelving, rotted wood repair
- Faucet, sink, toilet and disposal swaps, shower heads and valve trim, supply lines, leak diagnosis
- Light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers and switch swaps on existing wiring
- Caulk around tubs, sinks and windows; bathroom re-caulk; vanity and mirror swaps; grab bars into proper blocking
- Cabinet hinges and pulls, exhaust fans, door sweeps
The details
The calls we get most, in groups:
How to use us without wasting the trip
There's a small minimum to make the visit worth it for both of us, so the smart move is a list.
- Stack three to five items into one visit. It's the fastest, lowest-cost way to use us, and most clients do.
- Text me the list with a photo of each thing. I'll quote it in writing before anyone shows up.
- If one item turns out to need a licensed trade or a different company, I'll say so up front, not after we've started.
What we handle ourselves, and what we don't
- Ourselves: faucets, toilets and disposals on the existing lines, trim swaps, drywall, doors, carpentry, caulk, paint.
- A licensed plumber: anything that moves or adds a water or drain line, water heaters, pressure problems.
- A licensed electrician: every fan, light fixture, switch and outlet, replacements included, and anything new.
- Not us: roofing, air conditioning, pool equipment, appliance repair. I'll tell you who I'd call.
South Florida houses, specifically
Most of the homes I work in were built between the 1960s and 2000, and they share the same small problems: popcorn ceilings, hollow interior doors that have been painted shut, caulk that let go in the humidity, and exhaust fans that stopped moving air a decade ago.
- Popcorn patches are matched to the existing texture, not left as a smooth square.
- Exterior door swaps and weatherstrip get checked against the hurricane-rated hardware already on the house.
- Grab bars go into solid blocking, which sometimes means opening the wall; I'll quote that honestly.
- Condos: the association's rules on work hours and insurance are built into the visit.
The guarantee, and what to expect
If something's not right after we leave, we make it right.
That's the Done Right Promise, same as the remodels. On a handyman visit you'll get a written quote first, a two-hour arrival window, a crew that cleans up, and a text when we're done.
Got a bathroom-sized job on the list?
If the list is really "the whole bathroom," you'll save money doing it once.
The bathroom remodeling page has the ranges, and a tub-to-shower conversion is the most common thing a handyman list turns into.

Handyman questions
Something else on your mind? Call or text (954) 242-5924.
What's the minimum job size?
There's a small minimum to make the trip worth it for both of us. Most homeowners stack three to five items on one visit, which keeps the per-item cost down. A single doorknob across the county isn't a good use of either of our time.
Do you do licensed plumbing and electrical work?
We handle faucet, toilet and disposal swaps on the existing lines ourselves, plus trims and simple repairs. Anything that moves or adds plumbing goes to the licensed plumber I use on remodels, and every fan, light, switch and outlet, replacements included, goes to the licensed electrician.
Do you give written quotes for small jobs?
Yes. Text or email me the list with photos and you'll get a written, itemized quote before anyone shows up. No surprise charges.
Can you install grab bars?
Yes, into solid blocking, which is what makes them safe. If there's no blocking behind the tile, I'll tell you what it takes to add it and quote that honestly.
Do you work in condos?
Yes. Tell me the building and I'll plan around its work hours and insurance rules.
Where do you do handyman work?
Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Sunrise, Weston and the rest of central Broward for a stacked list. Farther out, it depends on the list; ask.
