We have a small minimum to make the trip worth it for both of us. Most homeowners stack 2–4 items on one visit, which keeps the per-task cost down.
Do you do licensed plumbing & electrical work?
We handle fixture-level work (swaps, trims, simple repairs) ourselves. For licensed plumbing or electrical changes (new circuits, repipes, panels) we partner with the same trusted licensed pros we use on remodels.
Do you give written quotes?
Yes. We text or email a written, itemized quote before any work begins, no surprise charges.
