The homeowners had lived with a closed-in 1990s master bath for years, a builder-grade tub combo, framed shower door, and a vanity that ate up the whole room, and they wanted something that felt like a hotel suite without blowing the budget. We gutted it to the studs, moved the plumbing to open the layout, ran floor-to-ceiling porcelain in the new walk-in shower, and built in a walnut floating double vanity with quartz tops. Start to finish was just over two weeks, one crew the whole time, and they got a fixed-price quote up front with zero change orders.
