Hi, I'm Brad.

I'm Brad Pleimann, the owner of R&R Repair & Remodel. I started this company because I wanted to do bathrooms the right way. Properly waterproofed, honestly priced, finished on time, and built by the same hands you shook when you got the quote.

I've spent more than two decades in the trades. Framing, tile, plumbing, finish carpentry. That background is why I can run a remodel from demo to walkthrough without handing your house off to a rotating cast of subs. When you hire R&R, you get me on the job, every day, until it's done.

We're a small, family-run crew based in Plantation. We focus on bathroom remodels, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers across Broward and Palm Beach County. A lot of our customers are longtime South Florida homeowners thinking about safety, accessibility, and staying in the home they love. I take that seriously.

Most of my work comes from neighbors telling neighbors. That's the whole business. If I do right by you, you tell the next person. That's how I want to keep it.
